Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

- How to Start a Return
Contact Us First: Email 2911488216@qq.com with your order number and reason for return within the return window.
Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address. Do not ship returns without an RA number.
Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.
To request an exchange, contact 2911488216@qq.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
- Return Shipping & Address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent to the authorized address provided with your RA number. Do not send returns to our company office address.
- Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Eligible sale items may be returned for store credit only.
- Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at 2911488216@qq.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
